Job description

Leading consumer brand in the entertainment sector are looking for a Legal Counsel to cover on an interim basis whilst a permanent hire is made. Please note you will be required in the offices 4 days per week and it is based in West London. You must be immediately available.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial agreements relating to technology, advertising, marketing, ecommerce, supply, procurement and other related matters. You will be providing general legal advice to a variety of stakeholders on issues relating to privacy, IP and employment.

You will have at least 5 years’ PQE (although applications from all levels will be considered on merit) and must have previously worked in-house. You must possess extensive experience of drafting commercial agreements and any privacy experience would also be advantageous.
