Job summary

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Lawyer with approx. 2-5 years of experience gained in a leading law firm or sophisticated in-house environment.
• Experience negotiating and advising on fund documentation, side letters and related investment arrangements.
• Sound technical drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Motivated by working in a lean, high performing environment with direct exposure to investment decision makers.
