We have been bringing innovation to the market since inception – from launching the first independent global VIP lounge access Programme, Priority Pass to being the first to sell direct travel insurance in the UK through Columbus Direct and creating the first loyalty agency of its kind in the travel sector with ICLP. Today we still invest heavily in innovation to ensure that we continue to deliver superior customer experiences.

Key clients include Mastercard, American Express, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, LATAM, Flying Blue, Accor, EasyJet, HSBC, Chase, HDFC.

The role:

  • Provide legal advice across a wide range of areas: contract law, IP, data protection, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams—understanding products, services, and business priorities to deliver practical legal solutions.
  • Manage legal and contractual risk across multiple jurisdictions, including LATAM.
  • Support cross-border collaboration and streamline legal processes using Contract

Experience and skills needed:

  • Legally qualified in a Commonwealth or U.S. jurisdiction with 3–5 years PQE.
  • Proven experience independently handling commercial contracts.
  • Solid understanding of contract and commercial law; experience in IP, data protection, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Ability to operate in a global, multi-jurisdictional business environment.
  • Bonus points for LATAM experience and Spanish or Portuguese language skills.

Skills & Attributes

  • Clear communicator who can translate legal complexity into business language.
  • Commercially savvy with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and confident in negotiations.
  • Adaptable team player comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.
