Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel to join an in-house organisation based in the Manchester area. As the Legal Counsel, you will support the legal team to assist with general commercial matters.

The successful Legal Counsel opportunity will involve:

1. Negotiating and drafting general BAU commercial contracts which will include but not be limited to supplier contracts, technology, and IT contracts, terms and conditions
2. Working with different departments across the business including sales and marketing departments and supporting commercial decisions
3. Assisting with internal projects as they arise

As the successful Legal Counsel, you will have:

1. Experience working in a commercial setting in-house or in private practice
2. Strong commercial contract experience
3. Experience of B2C and B2B contracts
