  • A solid understanding of the general principles of civil and common law frameworks, corporate law, and private international law.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Highly Preferable:

  • In-depth knowledge of international privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and other significant data protection frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the common law legal system, particularly the laws of England and Wales, and experience working with contracts governed by English law.

Nice to Have:

  • Efficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Prior experience in a consulting firm and/or within the IT or regtech sectors.
  • Understanding of AML/KYC compliance principles.
