6-9 month Fixed Term Contract
Our Client, a large Renewable Energy entity, is seeking a mid-level Non-Contentious Construction and Projects Counsel. This is initially a 6 – 9 month fixed term contract role. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, your key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will be a UK/Scottish qualified lawyer with previous in-house experience within the renewable energy sector. Excellent stakeholders’ management skills and, some experience in contentious matters. A strong understanding of standard forms of construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, RIBA and ACE) is essential to be a successful applicant.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful organisation during a period of growth. Notably, it will be a great opportunity to work in a lean function and very closely to the Head of Legal and other Stakeholders at C-Level.
