This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. Remote work is not available.

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will review, negotiate, draft, and advise on various contracts across our business areas, including:

  • Commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, ecommerce, franchising, licensing, IT & technology, outsourcing, and finance.
  • Handling disputes and litigation.
  • Providing guidance on marketing and promotional activities, including compliance and drafting T&Cs.
  • Supporting digital marketing and website operations.
  • Managing wholesale and concession agreements.
  • Handling IP licensing work.
  • Advising on customer complaints and disputes.
  • Assisting with M&A work, due diligence, drafting SPA/APAs, and post-completion support.
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies like ICO, ASA, and Trading Standards.
  • Managing external legal counsel.
  • Supporting senior legal team members and supervising juniors.
