9fin, an AI platform powering global debt markets, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join a small, ambitious legal team in a hybrid London or New York role. The position focuses on commercial contracts, serving as the primary legal contact for Sales and RevOps, and managing vendor agreements.

Candidates should have 5–7 years PQE and be English or NY qualified. The role reports to the VP, General Counsel and involves leading day-to-day deal flow, negotiating vendor terms, and drafting NDAs and order
