Reporting directly to the General Counsel, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to advise the firm’s investment professionals on regulatory requirements, collaborating with their exceptional legal and compliance teams across their offices in the US and Asia. The role will also involve a variety of project work across different functions for the business.

Candidates must have an excellent academic record and relevant experience at a top law firm and/or in-house. Candidates with 5-8 years PQE are most suitable. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.

The salary for this role is highly competitive, with no fixed cap. The firm offers a substantial increase on current base salary and a bonus range above industry standards.
