A leading global services provider is seeking a part-time Legal Counsel to join a friendly in-house team in Surrey. The role involves handling complex commercial agreements, drafting contracts, and providing legal advice. Ideal candidates will have solid legal experience and strong knowledge of commercial contracts.

Qualifications

Solid legal experience either in-house or at a top law firm.
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts with a focus on procurement.
Around 6+ PQE.

Responsibilities

Dealing with complex commercial agreements including tech and procurement.
Drafting and negotiation of subcontracting agreements.
Advisory work regarding data protection/TUPE matters.

Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed on a new part time Legal Counsel opportunity at a leading global services provider. This is a chance for a Associate or Legal Counsel to join a top tier and friendly in-house team at a global high performing company based in Surrey.

Key responsibilities

Dealing with complex commercial agreements including tech, procurement and other supplier agreements.
Drafting and negotiation of subcontracting agreements and flow-down terms
Other advisory work regarding data protection/TUPE matters

About you

Solid legal experience either in-house or at a top law firm ideally with secondment/in-house experience
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts including drafting and negotiation with a focus on procurement
Around 6 + PQE Excellent academic record
