Legal Counsel - 3 + PQE - Global Brand - West Midlands

Our client is a multi-billion turnover goods and services group and an instantly recognisable brand. They are seeking a 3-6 PQE commercial lawyer who is interested in joining a truly international group with a high ceiling for opportunity and progression!

Reporting into the Head of Legal for UK / Ireland, you will be trusted to work with autonomy on matters including:

1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer and supplier contracts;
2. Advising on bids & tenders;
3. Advising on general commercial law matters including IT/Tech contracts, Intellectual Property, Competition, marketing/sponsorships, as well as dispute management;
4. Advising on general legal, regulatory and compliance matters;
5. Advising key internal stakeholders within the business.

This opportunity is suitable for a commercial lawyer seeking an increase in exposure to high quality commercial legal work, and who is attracted to working in an international group which continues to grow.

The business operates a 50/50 hybrid working policy, with 2-3 days per week required in the West Midlands office.
