As Legal Counsel, you'll support every part of the company, with a primary focus on day-to-day commercial matters and the scope to advise across a wide range of legal issues.
This is a varied, high-visibility role for a lawyer who wants to take real ownership of day-to-day legal matters, with the backing of a supportive wider Legal team.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
Giving clear, solution-focused advice to colleagues across the business on their day-to-day legal questions
Getting to grips with new and evolving areas of law, and with the diverse needs of our distinct business units
Over time, and with the right support, stretching beyond your current experience into areas such as M&A, governance and company law, incentives, employment law, new product and service launches, and expansion into new jurisdictions
An English-qualified (or US-qualified) lawyer with at least one year of post-qualification experience (or equivalent US experience)
Proven experience of commercial contracting
Versatile, with a genuine team mindset

Training at a leading law firm
Some in-house experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare or a venture-backed scale-up
