Legal Counsel
Salary – Circa £85,000
Are you a lawyer looking to work on high-impact projects and gain exposure to strategic investments? This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in corporate, real estate, or asset management law who is eager to work closely with Aviva Capital Partners (ACP) and influence key business decisions.
A bit about the job:
You’ll be part of the Aviva Capital Partners legal team, which sits within Aviva’s wider Group Legal function. Your role will involve providing legal advice across a range of investments, including real estate acquisitions and development, infrastructure projects, and asset management. You’ll also advise on governance, corporate finance, and general corporate matters affecting the business.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, external advisers, and business leaders. You’ll gain exposure to strategic decision-making within a FTSE 100 financial institution while collaborating with a close-knit legal team.
