Job summary

Pilgrims Europe is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to provide practical, commercial legal support across a broad range of business activities and help manage risk while enabling growth and strategy. This is an excellent entry in-house opportunity for a solicitor or barrister in a fast-paced international business.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, support M&A and corporate projects, and advise on regulatory matters. Travel across the UK and Ireland will be required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (UK).
• Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE.
• Experience in a leading law firm or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
