We're Hiring: Part-Time Legal Counsel (Pharma / Healthcare)

Location: UK & Ireland | Part-Time | Legal | Hybrid/Flexible (1 day a week onsite)

Our client, a global pharmaceutical business, is seeking a Part-Time Legal Counsel to join their team. This is a unique chance to be part of a mission-driven business, playing a key role in supporting strategic growth and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:

1. Review and manage contracts related to pharmaceutical distribution, marketing, and vendor relationships.
2. Provide legal counsel on compliance matters and industry regulations.
3. Attend monthly leadership meetings and offer strategic input.
4. Help shape internal SOPs to support legal and operational excellence.
5. Work closely with the Western Europe legal team on cross-border issues.
6. Support product launches and licensing deals from a legal perspective.
7. Advise on general corporate legal matters as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

1. UK legal qualification and right to practice.
2. Strong knowledge of UK and EU pharmaceutical regulations, particularly the ABPI Code of Practice.
3. At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare law.
4. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Confidence working independently and collaborating across teams.
