The Role

As an in house Legal Counsel, you'll be given the opportunity to work across a broad range of in house commercial legal matters, with the remit covering a variety of complex and interesting commercial contracts work role, IP issues, support on corporate and regulatory matters, data protection, marketing and investment related contracts or queries.

It is a great opportunity for a lawyer looking to make their first move in house. You can expect to enjoy some high quality and varied work. You will work with an existing small team and have plenty of opportunity to develop your career.

This role is hands‑on with a need for high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent academics together with a pragmatic and commercial mindset are essential for this role along with having the ability to work under pressure and meet business needs and deadlines.

• Qualified solicitor 1-5 years PQE.
• In-house or commercial private practice experience.
• Interest in Fintech or FinTech experience preferable.
• You will have a broad ranging commercial skill set and be a genuine team player.
