  • Support cross-functional initiatives and project teams to help deliver legally compliant, commercially sound outcomes
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to deliver timely and effective legal support
  • Keep the General Counsel updated on key matters and developments
  • Contribute to the development of junior legal team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor legal developments and ensure relevant changes are communicated and embedded in internal processes
  • Review and update internal policies and procedures as needed
  • Deliver legal training sessions to wider teams

What We’re Looking For

  • UK-qualified solicitor with relevant post-qualification experience (3 years+ PQE)
  • Strong understanding of English contract law and proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Broad legal knowledge and ability to advise across a range of legal disciplines
  • Commercially minded and solutions-focused – able to balance legal risk with business needs
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
