On a given day, you will:

1. Deliver expert legal counsel on marketing matters across diverse jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
2. Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, shaping our global regulatory vision and driving decision-making for international growth
3. Design and implement scalable, tech-forward legal frameworks across jurisdictions, aligning with global business objectives
4. Lead the execution of regulatory initiatives and compliance transformation programs with ownership and autonomy
5. Translate complex legal requirements into pragmatic, business-friendly solutions that empower innovation
6. Pioneer the use of AI and cutting-edge tools to redefine compliance processes, increasing speed, reducing risk, and enhancing visibility
7. Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, policies, and compliance documentation
8. Identify legal risks and opportunities, advising senior stakeholders with sound recommendations
9. Build relationships with regulators, legal counterparts, and cross-functional teams, promoting proactive compliance
10. Lead dispute prevention and resolution strategies to safeguard reputation and operational resilience

We would love to work with you if you:

1. Have 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal advisory, or risk management within fintech or financial services sectors
2. Hold a Law degree or related qualification
3. Have deep experience with international financial regulations, compliance program design, and contract negotiation
4. Have a proven track record managing cross-border legal and regulatory matters
5. Possess excellent communication skills, able to translate legal jargon into insights for executives
6. Have meticulous attention to detail, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
7. Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
