If you’re passionate about providing excellent client service for a dynamic technology company, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts supporting digital identity solutions, including software, cloud agreements, services, consulting, data protection, and other technology-related agreements, in line with company policies and risk appetite; advise executive management on deal risks.
  • Review and advise on complex government and private tenders, and support responses to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Provide legal guidance on transactional, regulatory, compliance, and ad-hoc matters as needed.
  • Lead legal team projects, collaborating effectively with internal and external colleagues.
  • Work with internal clients at all levels to minimize legal risks while achieving business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business and practices to serve effectively.
  • Maintain visibility within the organization and build trust with senior management.
  • Collaborate with global in-house attorneys and outside counsel.

Required Qualifications

  • Unrestricted work authorization and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Minimum five years’ relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in an in-house corporate legal role.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, Dutch, or German is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in interpreting, drafting, and negotiating complex software and cloud/managed services agreements across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA and APAC.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with strategic thinking and practical advice capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills for handling a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Approachable, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity, with a creative problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
