Job summary

A global insurance company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in London to manage commercial contracts including Tech/SAAS and supplier agreements. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of PQE and experience in the Financial Services market. This role follows a hybrid model with 2 days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial contracts.
• Experience in a Law firm followed by in-house work preferred.
• Relevant experience in Financial Services is ideal.

Job description

I am currently working on a brand new Senior Legal Counsel role with a global Insurance company. This is a broad role with a focus on commercial contracts, including Tech/SAAS agreements, supplier contracts, and global project work

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years PQE, with no upper limit. You will be trained in a Law firm, with some subsequent in-house experience, ideally in the Financial Services market, with a particular focus on commercial contracts in your role

My client operate a hybrid working policy of 2 days a week in their office in the City of London
