Legal Counsel

I am delighted to be working with a leading Lloyd's MGA/(re)Insurer, who are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team.

Reporting into the Head of Legal, based in Bermuda, this is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Legal Counsel (5 years+) to join an expanding team and gain really valuable insight into the inner workings of a top tier Syndicate.

You will be responsible for:

1. Drafting commercial insurance agreements, including third-party contracts & intermediary agreements, along with standard client agreements.
2. Managing all regulatory requirements with the FCA, Lloyd's and PRA Legislation from a contractual perspective.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales, ideally 5 years+ PQE, with strong experience working within Insurance, either in Private Practice or In-House. Ideally you will have existing knowledge of Commercial Insurance Agreements and have drafted these in a previous role.
