Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is recruiting a commercially focused in-house Legal Counsel to act as a trusted partner across the organization. The role primarily centers on commercial property law, including drafting and negotiating leases and licenses for an extensive advertising portfolio.

The successful candidate will also manage procurement contracts, advise on ASA/CAP advertising regulations, and support the Head of Legal on compliance and risk management matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent) with robust experience in commercial property law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to advise non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate leases and licenses for an extensive advertising portfolio.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice on commercial property, contracts and compliance.
