Job summary

Kingsley Green Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a global powerhouse. Based in the East Midlands, you will provide practical legal support across commercial matters and help structure agreements.

You will draft and negotiate supplier, partnership, and licensing agreements, advise on disputes, support marketing and ecommerce teams, and assist with cross-border M&A within a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience.
• Experience drafting/negotiating supplier, partnership, licensing agreements.
• Experience advising on commercial disputes and supporting marketing/ecommerce teams.
• Experience with M&A transactions in international environment.
