Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group seeks a Legal Counsel to support its growing legal team in London. The role involves drafting and managing corporate documents, negotiating commercial contracts, and assisting with regulatory matters, including anti-trust and ESG. Qualifications

• 1 – 4 years of post qualification experience in private practice.
• Experience of corporate, commercial and/or funds law.
• Previous in-house experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage corporate documents and contracts.

The legal counsel will work closely with the growing in-house group legal team on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters across the business. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and will be keen to build an internal network.
