Dexory is seeking a hands-on in-house Legal Counsel to join its small, commercially focused team in Didcot, England. The role centers on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and supplier agreements, supporting procurement, and assisting with compliance initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (LPC or SQE route) with 3–5 years PQE and experience in commercial contracts, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
