? About the Role

As Legal Counsel, you’ll be a key member of a dynamic commercial legal team, providing dedicated support to the public sector business unit. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice and help shape strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (MSAs, RFPs, licensing, data processing, etc.)
  • Support contract negotiations with public sector clients and partners
  • Advise on privacy and data protection matters (UK GDPR)
  • Ensure compliance with public sector frameworks and procurement processes
  • Contribute to strategic projects including M&A, AI-related legal issues, and supplier agreements

  • UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in commercial contracts and public sector frameworks
