We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Contracts Manager to join our team in Slough.

About the role

This role involves providing the most effective contract management process that will act as a safeguard against various types of legal actions by successfully and timely fulfilling all the contractual requirements.

On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:

  • Legal contract management
  • control all formats of contractual documentation within Toyota Material Handling UK
  • Checking and administer rental, service and all commercial agreements
  • Review, record negotiation and sign-off of Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Liaise directly with Customer’s legal teams on contract negotiations, as necessary.
