Our criteria

• Minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier employment law firm.
• Preferably in-house experience at a leading financial or corporate institution.
• Proactive in career development and networking.
• Understanding of the unique aspects of legal consulting versus permanent roles.
• Transparent, open communication style.
• Professional, flexible, and adaptable approach.
• Ability to transition effectively into new environments and deliver excellent client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven project management skills.
• Practising certificate (or equivalent) to practise law in the UK.
