We're seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Legal & Company Secretarial Manager to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs (L&CA) department in a newly created role at the heart of our global operations.

This is a rare opportunity to shape legal governance and company secretarial excellence in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll be a key partner to senior leadership, influencing strategy, enhancing compliance, and enabling innovation across a global portfolio of entities.

What You’ll Do

As Legal & Company Secretarial Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for company secretarial matters and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational priorities across the legal function. Your remit will include:

Acting as the primary liaison for all company secretarial activities, ensuring strong corporate governance and statutory compliance across UK and international subsidiaries.

Supporting Board and Committee operations—crafting agendas, drafting minutes and resolutions, and ensuring timely filings.

Managing and maintaining statutory records and acting as the central contact for all matters relating to corporate documentation.

Leading the preparation and submission of annual returns, confirmation statements, and other regulatory filings.

Partnering with the Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer to turn strategic plans into action—tracking progress against OKRs and driving operational excellence.

Managing the L&CA function’s budget and resources, developing dashboards and performance metrics that inform data-driven decisions.

A degree in law, business administration, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in legal operations, corporate governance, or legal business support.

Deep knowledge of UK company law and familiarity with international governance frameworks.

Confidence managing senior stakeholders, including executive teams and board members.

Exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.

Strong communication skills and the ability to distil complexity into clarity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company secretarial software.
