Job summary

Sharp Consultancy are working with a well-established professional services business-based Bradford who are looking for a legal cashier to join the finance team!

Joining a friendly finance team with a well-established legal cashiering team reporting into the Head of finance. The role includes bank reconciliations, posting receipts, BAC payments, credit card processing and ensuring SRA compliance.

Qualifications

• Worked within a legal cashiering role prior.
• Working knowledge of SRA rules.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Worked to timed deadlines.
• Microsoft proficient.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations.
• Allocating and posting electronic and manual receipts.
• Inputting and checking BAC's payments.
• Processing credit card payments.
• Checking and posting bills to the system.
• Responding to queries externally and internally.
• Inputting purchase ledger invoices into the system.
• Ensuring all client transactions adhere to SRA rules.

• Ensuring all client transactions adhere to SRA rules
