Job Description:

Opportunity for a Legal Business & Systems Analyst to join an international Bioscience company. This role can be hybrid-working or fully remote.

Role Profile:
  • Focus on contracting processes, matter intake and management, compliance, and external spend management.
  • Optimize service delivery processes to meet customer needs, identify and implement technology solutions, and improve colleague experience.
  • Work closely with departments including Legal, Commercial Operations, Corporate Accounts, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
  • Use business process mapping, technology, and data analysis to identify operational improvements.
  • Leverage digital strategies, including AI, to execute productivity-driving projects.
  • Analyze current business processes within the legal department to identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Maintain documentation such as process flows, use cases, and specifications.
  • Lead the implementation of legal technology solutions and ensure seamless integration.
  • Assess and select appropriate legal tools and solutions.
  • Develop methods to collect and analyze performance data to inform decisions.
  • Work with teams on process mapping, system configuration, and communication.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Support training and adoption of new technologies.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in Legal Operations and legal processes is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing policies and procedures in a corporate setting.
  • Experience working with Legal and Business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
