My client, a well-established and respected law firm in Orpington, is seeking a Legal Assistant to support their busy*Wills & Estate Planning department. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join a friendly and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft and prepare wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
* Liaise with clients, schedule appointments, and manage attorney calendars.
* Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
* Provide administrative and clerical support to solicitors.
* Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with legal protocols.

Candidate Profile:

* Previous experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role (estate planning experience highly desirable).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
