A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Estate Administration Department.

About You

You’ll have prior Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience, ideally within Estate Administration. You will be positive, professional, and a great team player.

About The Team You Will Be Joining

Our Estate Administration department specializes in providing advice and assistance to clients in probate and trust administration. We collaborate with other specialist departments in an open and welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and cooperation.

We have a partner-led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure that helps develop junior members and allocates work appropriately.

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for handling all new client enquiries, organizing initial meetings, ensuring compliance, and closing files.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day management of a large caseload.
  • Liaising with clients and solicitors and reporting on progress.
  • Drafting legal documentation and producing routine correspondence.
  • Updating the case management system.
