Legal Assistant (Residential Property), 1+ Years Experience, Telford Office, £Competitive salary – A new opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy Residential Property team in Telford. JOB REF:9579.

THE ROLE:
• As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• You will be responsible for:
o Opening and closing client files, drafting correspondence, and managing all related administrative tasks.
o Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and Land Registry applications.
o Carrying out post-exchange and post-completion work in line with compliance procedures.
o Supporting client care, communication, and file progression.
o Typing, photocopying, diary management, and general administrative support.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Previous experience in a legal conveyancing support role is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude.
