The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property Legal Assistant to join our Melbourne Property team on a full-time basis. As a Legal Assistant, you will display initiative, professionalism, and high attention to detail. You will be eager to learn and develop your skills as a Legal Assistant in the Melbourne Property Team.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience working in a law firm, preferably in a Property law environment. However, this experience is not a pre-requisite for the role. The most important requirement for the candidate is a ‘can do’ attitude, and the energy and enthusiasm to learn and develop your skills.
Excellent communication skills, with a client service focus, are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team and follow directions. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail, and a proven history of meeting deadlines. The role will require the candidate to proactively manage workflow, with an emphasis on organisational skills to manage incoming work, delegate tasks, and process work effectively.
