We are seeking a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Office based, to work within their Residential Property team in Chard.

You will be supporting the Residential Property fee earners, working on a caseload of sales and purchases, mortgages, re-mortgages property files.

The focus is on providing high standards of client care, with an emphasis on professionalism and having a pleasant demeanour. You will be running your own cases, providing estimates for conveyancing through a combination of telephone, email, post and through in person meetings.

The successful candidate will want to be part of a growing and friendly team who work closely together and share the same ethos. They will also be enthusiastic about the development of the firm’s business in relation to client relationships and promoting new business ideas.

You will have excellent IT skills, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy and thrive when working under pressure. You will also possess strong communication and client face to face skills allowing you to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues across the firm.
