Temporary – 12-month contract (maternity cover)

Full time 37 hours

Salary Grade 7 £31,537 - £34,434

Location: Working from home/The Council House, Priory Road, Dudley

We currently have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant/Executive to assist in the busy Conveyancing team.

The role will involve running right to buy files, dealing with title queries, title investigations, preparing title reports, dealing with auction and other sales and providing efficient and effective support to the Solicitors within the team on a wide variety of conveyancing matters.

As well as working as part of a team, the candidate must also be able to work with independence using initiative in the management of their cases. The candidate must also be able to work under pressure, to prioritise to manage competing demands.
