Legal Assistant (Dispute Resolution), Leicestershire, c£24,500 (DOE) - Are you an experienced Legal Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and supportive team? If so, this could be the role for you. JOB REF:9801.

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Legal Assistant to join a busy Dispute Resolution Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside experienced legal professionals, supporting a diverse range of cases.

THE ROLE:
• You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the department, providing essential support to the legal team.
• Preparing and proofreading legal documents
• Managing correspondence and handling client enquiries
• Maintaining and organising case files
• Supporting fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A minimum of 12 months' experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary within a law firm
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, case management systems, and digital dictation
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A client-focused, positive attitude
