A well-regarded and growing Legal 500 firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their busy Estate Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary or assistant to develop their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.


The Role:

As a Legal Assistant in the Estate Administration department, you'll be an integral part of the team, providing essential support to fee earners with the day-to-day management of probate and trust administration matters. Your duties will include:


  1. Managing new client enquiries and scheduling initial meetings
  2. Handling compliance and file closure processes
  3. Drafting legal documents and routine correspondence
  4. Liaising with clients and solicitors and reporting on case progress
  5. Updating the case management system
About You:

You’ll have solid secretarial experience, ideally within Estate Administration or Private Client work. A professional, positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
