As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Compliance Team Assistant to join our Compliance & Legal function.
The Role
This is a key support position within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel to assist with day-to-day compliance operations, regulatory filings, internal policy monitoring, and legal administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding and KYC/AML checks for clients and counterparties
Maintain accurate records of compliance documentation and due diligence files
Support in drafting and maintaining internal compliance policies and manuals
Track regulatory deadlines and ensure timely submissions (FCA, GDPR, etc.)
Prepare compliance training materials and assist with internal awareness initiatives
Help coordinate legal document execution, filing and archiving
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in a compliance, legal or financial services support role
Strong understanding of FCA regulations, AML and GDPR preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with compliance platforms a plus
