The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable individual who is passionate about client service with a keen interest in employment law. This is an administrative long term role and the right applicant will be a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant who has administrative experience, a professional telephone manner, a quiet environment to make calls and is able to work remotely whilst being part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Immediate response to client enquiries by email and telephone;
  • Managing and organizing case files and client records;
  • Liaising with clients, courts, tribunals, and other parties;
  • Managing credit control and obtaining payment of invoices by clients;
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries;
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures;

What Were Looking For

  • Previous administrative/client services experience is required;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
