About the role
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our Warrnambool office. Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager (ASM), you will undertake various public facing duties such as responding to, and resolving enquiries from clients, travel to Portland and Hamilton courts for clerking duties, processing clients and maintaining our in-house case management system, all while supporting our legal team in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, you will undertake administrative tasks assigned by lawyers, liaise with clients, practitioners, and community groups, providing important information about our services.
This role is based at our Warrnambool office on Gunditjmara Country.
