We're Hiring: Legal Administration Assistant (Scottish Court Experience Required)

Glasgow | Full-time | Up to £30K (DOE)

Are you experienced in Scottish legal administration and confident handling court work? A leading litigation firm in Glasgow is looking for a skilled Legal Administration Assistant to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a supportive, professional environment where your knowledge of Scottish court procedures will be truly valued.

Youll be responsible for preparing court documents (summonses, motions, productions), managing case files, liaising with courts and counsel, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role suits someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently in a fast-paced legal setting.

• Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Full-time, permanent role Mon to Fri (early finish on Fridays)
