Responsibilities

  • Handling client enquiries and preparing straightforward legal documents.
  • Typing correspondence, managing files, and ordering searches and Land Registry documents.
  • Preparing files for billing and screening incoming calls.
  • Sorting and prioritising post, emails, and messages.
  • Providing reception cover and liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Upholding LEXCEL standards and Law Society requirements.
  • Understanding basic Solicitors Accounts Rules relating to client monies.
