Service Care Solutions is working alongside a bustling local authority, based in Bristol, which is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their Property, Planning and Transport team at City Hall. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional support and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Role: Legal Assistant
Location: Bristol – office attendance
Umbrella Rate: £20-£22ph
PAYE inc. Holiday Rate: £17.98 - £19.72ph
Contract Length: 6 months ongoing

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant role:
  • Provide administrative support to a large team, including property acquisitions, tree preservation orders, and general property-related work.
  • Assist in buying property on the open market with minimal supervision.
  • Help prepare draft documents for senior solicitors and any other responsibilities required by the team.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of conveyancing principles and practices (desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
