Are you a passionate leader with a law degree, eager to make a difference? Our client is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to empowering individuals, and we're searching for an active Team Leader who embodies core values of heart and purpose. With a network of over 60 law firms, our client provides exceptional legal services while prioritising the well-being of the individuals it represents.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a talented team of Assistant Team Leaders, Legal Aid Caseworkers, and interns. You'll be responsible for guiding and developing your team to deliver outstanding client care and high-quality legal work, while also monitoring performance to help them achieve their goals in alignment with our business plan. Promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment is essential, as you'll be empowering every team member to thrive.
The ideal candidate will have a law degree and significant legal experience, preferably within a CIC organisation. Proven leadership and team management skills are essential, along with a strong commercial awareness and the ability to navigate the challenges of working within the domestic abuse sector. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders. A self-motivated and proactive mindset, along with excellent literacy and computer skills, will set you apart.
This hybrid position allows you to spend three days in our Guildford office and two days working from home, offering flexibility while making a meaningful contribution.
You will be part of a mission-driven team that values compassion, dedication, and community engagement. If you're ready to be proud of the organisation you work for and make a genuine difference, let's connect!
