Job Title: Legal Advisor - Civil Litigation

Salary: £22,300

Location: Sheffield

CRA Legal is partnering with a well-established ABS firm offering a range of legal services to its clients. They are seeking a Legal Helpline Advisor with experience in Civil Litigation Law. This is a fantastic opportunity for a law graduate to enter the legal sector, with career growth prospects and a competitive salary on offer.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Handling inbound calls and processing new claims
2. Providing updates on existing claims to clients
3. Offering expert legal advice on Personal Injury Claims via phone and email
4. Setting up new claims and maintaining case records
5. Taking and drafting witness statements
6. Updating case notes on ongoing matters
