Legal Advisor – Residential Conveyancing
Location: Mansfield (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, with clear progression structure

About the Role
Are you a conveyancing professional looking for your next career move in a supportive, forward-thinking environment?
We’re seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. You’ll be joining a friendly, dynamic team that values high standards of client care, collaboration, and personal growth. What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing your own caseload of sale and purchase matters
* Advising clients on legal issues related to property transactions
* Carrying out title checks, raising enquiries, and resolving complex issues
* Liaising with mortgage lenders, brokers, agents and other parties involved
* Drafting and sending contract packs and completion statements
* Reviewing and signing off files for exchange and completion
* Handling indemnity policies and reporting to lenders
* Using a case management system to progress matters efficiently
* Keeping up to date with legislation and sharing knowledge with colleagues

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Comfortable working across all stages of a transaction
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Positive, proactive approach to client care and teamwork
* Familiarity with case management systems
* A willingness to learn and contribute to team development
