Job summary

Workspace Group is seeking an experienced Legal Adviser to join the Head Office team. Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will become a trusted adviser to the Board, Executive Committee and stakeholders across the organisation.

You'll support data protection with DPIAs/LIAs and enhance contract review, negotiation and mitigate contractual risks, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. This role requires onsite work 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience in-house and/or private practice.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, Boards and Executive teams.
• Commercially focused with ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.
• Experience with data protection and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support the Board, Executive Committee and stakeholders on governance and strategic matters.
• Oversee data protection, DPIAs, LIAs and the privacy framework.
• Review, negotiate and mitigate contractual risks to the business.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance and risk management.

What We\'re Looking For
