Berry Recruitment are looking for a pro-active Legal Administrator to support the Conveyancing Department for a busy client based in Wisbech.
The role involves general admin duties, client communication, and audio typing of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe legal documents and correspondence from audio dictation.
Prepare contracts, transfer forms, and other conveyancing documents.
Handle client files, post-completion tasks, and online submissions (e.g. S, Land Registry).
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and agents.
Support Conveyancers with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Legal Assistant or Administrative role.
Fast and accurate audio typing/transcription skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Legal software.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
